אמר אביי רבי יהודה ורבן שמעון בן גמליאל ור' שמעון כולהו סבירא להו כל מקום שנתנו לו חכמים רשות והזיק פטור רבי יהודה הא דאמרן רשב"ג דתנן רשב"ג אומר אף מתקן הוא את מלאכתו לפני שלשים יום
